You may sometimes feel a feeling of gravity in the reproductive system, combined with blood flowing into the small pelvis. Vulvar itching may occur. The size of the uterus decreases,

the vagina becomes narrowed. The body silhouette becomes rounder, especially the hips become fat. There is a tendency towards obesity. The hair loses its natural shine and begins to fall out. Extra hair sometimes appears on the face, especially on the chin and above the upper lip.

Menstrual cycles are irregular and can range from 17 days to 6 months. The amount of bleeding also varies greatly. Ovulation may occur rarely, although periods still occur. The cervix may not produce fertile mucus. Dryness is common in the vagina.

Constipation, flatulence and biliary dysfunction often occur during menopause.

What is important is that the increase in cholesterol concentration in the blood is caused by the reduced concentration of estrogens, which is a natural consequence of the fact that cholesterol is not used to produce, among others: estrogens. This level can be changed naturopathically.
