🍀🍀🍀Do you know how preservatives from processed, convenience foods affect our lives,
our cells
?🍀🍀🍀

🍀Food preservatives are substances such as germicidal, bacteriostatic i.e. they play an important role in prolonging the shelf life and improving the taste of food. Preservatives control and prevent food spoilage by protecting against spoilage by microorganisms (e.g. bacteria, yeast, mold), life-threatening botulism and other organisms that can cause food poisoning. That is, they allow food to be stored for long periods of time.

🍀In addition to spoilage caused by microorganisms, it can also be caused by chemical (e.g., oxidation) or physical (e.g., temperature, light) factors. Therefore, preservatives protect against changes in taste or appearance (antioxidant function).

🍀 Unfortunately, there is also the other side of the coin. If we consume them together with food - they affect our body in such a way that they preserve it= mummify it. In England, where people live an average of about 70 years, a problem has arisen because the bodies of people buried after 50 years still do not decompose. Scientists have discovered the reason , and it is preservatives.

Because of preservatives we can't live very long, because cells don't have the ability to rejuvenate - and rejuvenation is nothing more than the death of old cells and the birth of new ones in our body. Preservatives do not let cells die, our body is not able to fully cleanse itself.
