part 4.
In the third phase of menopause, changes and disappearance of elements in the ovaries occur, the production of estrogens stops, and the hyperactivity of the pituitary gland in the release of FSH stops. A state of hormonal balance is created, and the symptoms mentioned in previous posts gradually disappear.
The aging process after menopause causes wrinkling and thinning of the skin, increased keratinization, and loss of pigmentation. Erythema, spider veins (telangiectasia) and sometimes rosacea often develop.
Can this be counteracted naturopathically? Yes, absolutely. It is worth working on two fronts: from the skin side with selected natural preparations and naturopathic ones from the inside. The most important thing is to drink alkaline coral water - lack of hydration with water that cells absorb and function well in it will make your skin look like a dried California plum. This can be observed quite often when walking among people on the street.
