🍀 Mood swings.

🍀 Physiological causes:

Hormonal changes taking place.

Your brain produces the neurotransmitter, serotonin, which plays a big role in mood regulation. Estrogen increases concentrated, serotonin and so its reduced levels during menopause may be responsible for mood changes.

Serotonin nerve cells in the brain have progesterone receptors, and due to the lack of ovulation, progesterone levels drop dramatically. In addition to the hot flashes mentioned earlier, insomnia can lead to fatigue and lowered mood. Life issues such as children leaving home, widowhood, etc. may also contribute.

🍀 Ways to deal with them:

Appropriate phytotherapy that affects hormonal balance.

Adequate supplementation, among other things, B vitamin levels drop rapidly during this period.

Drinking warm living alkaline water made from sachets of cell sand, which relaxes the nervous system, oxygenates, deacidifies and helps remove toxins.

Using light bulbs that emit natural light will be useful, especially in winter.

Psychotherapy, for example, using the Mindell process method.
