🍀 Physiological causes:
Levels of testosterone, considered a source of energy and well-being begin to decline, also decline in estrogen, fluctuations in hormone levels - sleep deprivation
High-carbohydrate and low-fat diet - wreaks havoc on metabolism, rising insulin levels cause too low sugar levels
🍀 Ways to deal with them:
Rubbing the skin with a towel soaked in warm water
Drinking live alkaline water instead of coffee, carbonated drinks - reducing the release of adrenaline , which disrupts the balance between sugar and insulin; oxygenation, hydration, detoxification, relaxation of the nervous system, reducing inflammation
