🍀 Concentration and memory problems.
🍀 Physiological causes:
Some studies have found that estrogen aids memory and problem-solving ability, while others have found no such relationship
Mental stress due to change, self-esteem, family changes, etc. and physical stress such as night sweats affecting sleep
Decrease in the efficiency of cellular processes , with age there are structural-dystrophic changes in tissues that lead to neurological dysfunction, and fluid microcirculation becomes more important
🍀 Ways to cope:
Appropriate phytotherapy
Appropriate supplementation
Drinking warm living alkaline water made from sachets of cell sand
Physical movement not too strong: yoga, tai-chi, callanetics etc.
Keep the brain active by learning something new, solving crossword puzzles, reading interesting books
Diet rich in fatty fish and choline-containing foods, e.g. eggs
Strength of spirit is important. This is something to focus on. Every day for the rest of your life you need to be mindful to serve yourself and move.
Aromatherapy e.g. natural lavender oil, with geranium- combined with deep abdominal breathing for 10 minutes in the right position - supported head and neck , closed eyes, one hand on the chest and the other on the abdomen
