If you follow my blog you surely know how important it is for us to drink water 💧 with the right parameters i.e. it has to be minus not plus, because our cells are minus - it's all about energy potential(i.e. ORP). If we drink water with a plus sign (that's what we have in the karan) our cells won't drink that water because it doesn't have the parameters they need. And the body will do a huge amount of work to convert at least a few percent of this plus-sign water to minus (to put it in an accessible way) it uses its own energy, pulls minerals from different parts of the body, delivers them to the water, makes it so that the water is not too hard, and only then the cell through the channels can "drink" it. That's why so after 30 you start to feel acutely what it means to be non-hydrated....
And what else is important and makes you alive, besides water? Enzymes
To date, there are already identified 3,000 enzymes in the human body👪, presumably there are about 20,000.
What do they do - they make us live😀👈, because
They participate in metabolic processes: they start them, "keep their hand on the pulse", block them. A certain enzyme can turn on 36 million chemical reactions in 1 minute. Each enzyme has one specific task to perform and does not mix in reactions involving another enzyme.
They protect our bodies from disease-causing germs, from bleeding to death, from starving to death, help fend off invading bacteria and viruses, participate in restoring the smooth functioning of the immune system, are helpful in healing wounds and injuries, and mobilize the body's restorative powers.
Do you want to help yourself using this knowledge we already have in the 21st century?
Yes? -Use digestive enzymes preferably plant-based, and they will help you with these issues.
