Some of the changes can affect us all - many affect both men and women. Most of the changes are the result of aging rather than menopause itself.

On the other hand, it is important that we realize what changes and where they occur, and learn how to deal with them.In the next parts I will give you some tips.🍀
The changing body of a woman during menopause
Brain: Memory and mood changes, irritability, depression, anxiety
Head: Migraine and other headaches
Skin: Increased sensitivity to heat, blushing, blood bumps to the head, acne, pimples
Breast: Lumpiness and tenderness
Joints: Decreased mobility, stiffnes
Lungs: Asthma
Digestive system: Decreased intestinal motility, leading to constipation and bloating
Muscle: Fatigue, back pain, loss of coordination and strength
Bone: Density Reduction
Genitourinary system: Shrinking and dryness of the vagina, its walls becoming thin; thinner bladder walls, weakening of sphincter control; weakening of the muscles supporting the rectum, bladder and other organs in the pelvis
Body fluids: fluid retention; weight gain
