To begin with, a brief explanation of what is ph alkaline, ph neutral, ph acidic.
Let's assume,
that pure water at room temperature has ph = 7.0 and we all
assumed that we call this ph neutral. What has a ph below , we consider
as an acid or ph acidic, and anything above 7, we consider an alkali
i.e. ph sour. In general, the resultant acid-base balance of our
organism should be slightly alkaline ph about 7.5.🥰.
Only processes in the body in such a slightly alkaline
environment are normal. Complete acidification causes corrosion of the
organism - rusting , precipitation of cholesterol etc...And since
our body is patient, often the issues resulting from acidification begin to make themselves known around the age of 40 in the form of chronic malaise.
There are many reasons for this.
1.Poor
diet, too many products rich in phosphorus, chlorine or sulfur.
It's worthwhile for you to analyze what makes up the lion's share of your menu and whether the
most of it is highly processed foods.
A balanced diet is important in your daily diet
80/20, that is, 80% alkaline-forming foods and 20% acid-forming foods
acid-forming.And if you don't manage to maintain this, it's always a good idea to drink water with a slightly alkaline ph and an energy potential of -70 to - 100 mV before or those 2 hours after eating.
Deacidify yourself - it is mandatory for a person who has a suspected or
has a disease entity of cancer. In this case, always after eating
something with an acidic or acid-forming ph - sip water with the parameters
mentioned above.
The 80/20 diet is recommended for bedwetting in children (but
sometimes it is only one of the elements in this case that can bring
cessation of wetting).
Also remember an important rule : sour taste is not important, and ph, for example, lemon has a sour taste, but ph is alkaline.
🍀2.Another cause of acidification of the body is stress.

#teeth care 🦷 #teeth connection 🦷 to organs 🫁🫀# micro cells #brain blood supply 🧠 🌺From the previous post on FB you already know that each tooth is linked to a specific organ 🫁🫀, so the condition of teeth affects the condition of organs, joints. A person has 32 teeth and 32 vertebrae. During pregnancy, one row of these little bones travels upward to the mouth and forms the teeth (This also proves that there is single-celled life inside you, and the cells already know where to move during embryonic development.), and the other row stays down and forms the spine. And this relationship between the teeth and the spine remains throughout your life. 🌺To keep your teeth healthy 🦷 it's important that you chew your food, e.g., a given bite should be chewed up to 15-20 times into mush (this is one of the elements of handling your own body). Why? Chewing helps maintain your teeth (and conversely, healthy teeth help chewing). Chewing also improves blood supply to the brain🧠,...
