Some interesting facts about our circulatory system

🍀In the circulatory system, about 4 litres of blood flow in the blood vessels (arteries, veins, capillaries). They are approximately 96,500 km long.

🍀The heart weighs about 300 grams. The heart is a pump made up of muscles and even if we take it out of the body it will keep beating - it doesn't see that there is no body .

🍀The heart's contractions are the result of the ability of a large number of cells to move in a single rhythm.

🍀The sum of the strength of a day's heart contractions would be enough to lift a car a few metres.

🍀There are about 10 billion capillaries in the human body.

🍀Blood flows through the entire body in less than 1 minute, and sometimes circulates even faster.
